Appliancehome Limited subscribes to the unfair terms and conditions
act. We do not like unfair terms and conditions imposed on us,
and we will not apply these to you. All our terms and conditions
are reasonable and fair. If you feel any of our terms are unfair
then please e-mail us and we will consider your points raised.

Manufactures names, numbers and pictures used for reference purposes
only.
Specifications And Descriptions
Specifications and product descriptions correct at time of going
to press but subject to alteration or amendment without notice.
Appliancehome Limited take great effort to give the most up-to
date information on product types and descriptions but due to
the fast way in which our industry changes its product line up
we cannot guarantee in all case's that this information is correct.
If you wish a product to have a particular feature then please
check with customer services before ordering the product that
this feature is still present on the item ordered.
Installation And Re-cycling Of Old Appliance
Installation and re-cycling of any appliance is always chargeable
extra and available on request. Due to new Government legislation
re-cycling of old refrigeration products is not available.

Products shown are available subject to availability. Products
may be removed or deleted from the web site without notice. Some
products shown are special order only and once ordered can not
be canceled or returned unless faulty.
Prices
Prices displayed are the total for the product shown. Prices
shown do not include delivery charges, which are chargeable extra.
Postage and packaging charges are for mainland UK only, which
does not include Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or the Isle
of Man. International and worldwide rates available on request.
Prices are correct at time of publishing but are subject to alteration
without notice.
Delivery
All goods will be delivered within your chosen time scale selected
when ordering subject to availability of the product. Postage
and packaging charges are for mainland UK only that does not
include Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
The chosen delivery time scale in days is working days from cleared
payment and does not include the day of ordering, weekends or
bank holidays. Compensation for late delivery will not be payable
so long as we have dispatched the goods as promised and on the
service you have paid for.
Loss Of Goods Dispatched And Not Received
We take out full insurance cover to cover the refund or replacement
costs of the goods dispatched to you in the event of loss or
damage of your ordered goods in transit. If the goods are lost
or damaged in transit to you we will claim compensation under
the carriage of goods act insurance cover obtained with our couriers
to cover your loss or damage. Your refund or replacement will
only be made upon successful implementation of the insurance
claim. We will process this claim on your behalf without any
charge to you upon notification of non-delivery or damage of
the goods received.
Damaged Goods
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery of the
goods the fact that they are damaged and what damage they have
sub-stained. The notification must be in writing by either the
methods listed below.

Claims not made in writing or made after 48 hours of delivery
date for damage will be rejected.
Payment
Payment is required before dispatch of the goods. All goods remain
the property of Appliancehome Limited until full, cleared payment
is received.

We do not offer credit facilities at present.
Order Details
When placing an order you will get a confirmation e-mail of what
you submitted in your order almost immediately. This is not a
guarantee that we have received your order but a copy of the
order information you have submitted to us. This notification
is out of courtesy and is not a contract of supply of the goods
by either you the customer or us the company. This notification
is not required in the event of a refund or guarantee claim.
This notification is not a guarantee that we have the products
in stock or available to you at the shown price. We will contact
you to confirm the price, stock availability and delivery time
scale for your order submitted. Our aim is to make the product
available to you at the price shown and within the time scales
for delivery on offer but this is not always possible for various
reasons. If we cannot complete your order an explanation will
be made available to you as to why not but this explanation is
non-negotiable under any circumstances. Once agreed, this then
becomes a contract of supply between you the customer and us
the company. The contract terms will not change once agreed except
if legislation changes by the government with relation to Tax's
or VAT. Shortly after we receive your order a e-mail will be
sent to you with the subject of "Appliancehome Limited Order
Confirmation And Delivery Details" setting out the order
total and delivery details in full.
Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel the order at any time before the
contract is agreed without explanation or penalty. You also have
the right to cancel your order within seven days of the date
of the delivery of the goods and return the goods supplied to
us at your own cost for a full refund. Certain goods such as
shavers for hygiene reasons are exempt from our right to cancel
policy once the hygiene seal has been broken either used or not.
You must notify us in writing during the refund period of your
intention to cancel the order by either of the methods listed
below.

Telephone calls to customer services to cancel an order are not
acceptable without being backed up in writing by either method
above.
Returned Goods
Returned goods supplied for refund must be returned to Appliancehome
Limited head office at your own expense within 10 days of our
receiving your notice to cancel the order. Should you wish us
to arrange collection of the goods we will do this for you but
deduct the return postage costs from your refund. Returned goods
must be in the original condition with all packaging intact and
in original supplied condition. All accessories instructions
and supplied free gifts where appropriate must also be returned.
Goods returned without conforming to the above will not be refunded
and only returned to you upon payment of the relevant delivery
costs to return the goods back to you. Certain products such
as shavers will be supplied sealed for health and safety hygiene
reasons, and once the seal is broken cannot be refunded or returned
unless faulty. These goods if faulty will be repaired or replaced
while under the guarantee period but not refunded. Returned goods
presented with the above conditions met will receive a refund
of the goods within 14 days of the goods being returned.
Refund Payments
Refunds where appropriate will be returned in the same form as
received by us for payment of the goods. Credit or Debit card
refunds can only be made back to the ordinal card used for payment
of the goods.
Guarantee
All new appliance products supplied are guaranteed for a minimum
period of 12 months following the date of delivery. Spare parts
are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of delivery. Many products
have longer guarantee terms, individual details are shown alongside
each product on the web site.
Your Details And Use Of Your Details Privacy Statement
Your details are only used for the purpose of supply of the goods
and delivery of the goods to your submitted address. We do not
sell, give, or allow any one from outside the company to use
or view any of the details submitted. We will take all reasonable
precautions to keep your details safe and secure. In the case
of credit card details submitted for payment are received on
our secure server, which can only be viewed by our company and
are encrypted using secure SSL encryption software.
Promotions And Special Offers
Your details will not be used for mailing of any special offers
at any time unless you specifically ask to be mailed by us.
Order Information
In submitting an order we request information from you that must
be supplied to complete the order. Information such as name,
delivery address, e-mail address and payment details, such as
credit card numbers and expiry date is used for invoicing purposes
only to complete the customers order requirements. If we have
trouble processing the order then this information is used to
get in touch with you the customer. As we may use your submitted
e-mail address for this purpose then please do not use an employers
mail address unless you have permission to do so. Appliancehome
Limited cannot be held responsible or liable for any problems
that arise by us sending information to a mail address, or by
contacting you on a submitted telephone number that you have
sent details of when not allowed to do so.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users hard drive that
contains information about the user. Appliancehome Limited use
cookies only to aid you the customer in that once you have entered
your details into the order form then you will not if you accept
the prompt have to re-enter your details to submit another order
if made within 31 days of the last order. A cookie also remembers
your last shopping basket so you do not have to re-enter the
information. This information is again lost if you do not return
within 31 days or you have selected not to restore it once prompted.
Our cookies do not search your browsing habits and are only used
to aid and speed up your visit to our web site.

Spare Parts
Suitably trained persons should only fit spare parts with the
appliance disconnected from the mains. Once fitted suitable earth-monitoring
equipment should be used to determine the suitability of the
earth of the appliance. Appliancehome Limited or Newelectricals
can accept no liability for the fitting of any spare parts not
fitted by our own engineers. Spare parts supplied will not be
refunded in the event of them becoming faulty just replaced for
the same parts free of charge within the guarantee period. Spare
parts obtained incorrectly or not required for any reason will
not be credited or refunded. Some parts are available on a special
order basis and once ordered cannot be canceled or returned unless
faulty.
Gas Appliance Spare Parts
Any supplied gas appliance spare parts are subject to the spare
parts terms and conditions and must only be fitted by a Corgi
registered plumber.
Supplementation Of Information
In order for Appliancehome Limited to properly complete its obligation
to our customers, it is necessary for us to supplement the information
we receive with information from 3rd parties.
Changes To Terms And Conditions Of Business
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions of business
at any time without notice. Your order will be subject to the
terms and conditions applicable on the order date of which you
have the right should you wish to - to print the terms of business
applicable at the time of order.
